ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of our Office Support team, you will be committed to ensuring best in class service, delivery and communication at all times to our clients, guests and VCCP Partnership teams. You will contribute towards our slick image and polished office operation which is vital in keeping our clients, visitors and staff happy - this is where the Office Support team work their magic!
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a demonstrable track record of overseeing a range of facilities and technical operational functions/services within a busy energetic agency environment.
You will act as a main point of contact in supporting our VCCP companies, championing service improvement initiatives, taking ownership of issues from concept through to resolution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supporting our team and supplier chain to ensure smooth daily and long term business operation ensuring our office is fit for purpose at all times.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent client service.
* Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external providers.
* Implement and manage a comprehensive FM service strategy, including a well organised PPM plan.
* Ensure service delivery levels are maintained and all H&S compliance adhered to in our daily operations.
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments are undertaken
* Regular review of the current scope and specification of our hard & soft services contracts ensuring fit for purpose and management of key contractors and external suppliers.
* Monitor and report on service partner performance against established SLAs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Report on financial budgeting for building and support service and be able to track against forecasts
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Strong knowledge of financial budgeting for building and support service and track against forecasts
* Solid understanding of financial budgeting for building and support service and track against forecasts
* NEBOSH or IOSH accredited qualification in Health & Safety
* Have a sound understanding of M&E, infrastructure, contract management and PPMs
* Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
* Familiarity with facilities documentation including O&M manuals, drawings, engineer reports, compliance certificates and PPM planners
* Familiarity with ISO accreditations
