About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and other necessary correspondence through the MCS-RM system.
2. Handle enquiries and source new business.
3. Record enquiries and their sources.
4. Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
6. Perform any other relevant tasks as required by your line manager.
7. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including adherence to all Health & Safety policies.
8. Be aware of company KPI targets for the depot and assist in achieving and exceeding them.
Ideal Candidate:
1. IT literate: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
2. Numerate: Strong with numbers and data
3. Excellent administration and customer service skills
4. Capable of thriving under pressure in a busy role
