Dynamite Recruitment are supping a Chartered Financial Planning firm on their recruitment of a Financial Services Administrator / Client Relationship Manager on a full-time basis. In this role, you will collaborate with Financial Planners and the wider Team to ensure exceptional client service and communication are provided working to business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, resolving issues promptly.
Build strong relationships with clients and attend meetings when needed.
Organize and manage client meetings for a seamless experience.
Prepare client documentation before and after meetings.
Manage client needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support, keeping clients informed and confident in their financial plans.
Ensure timely delivery of services as per client agreements.
Track and address action points from client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Previous experience within Financial Services, ideally in wealth management setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diary management.
A well-presented, positive, and team-oriented individual. Job Type:
