We are seeking two detail-oriented Curriculum Administrator to provide administrative support to our Curriculum teams. This role involves handling enquiries, managing meetings, processing student records, and assisting with departmental tasks, supporting Switchboard. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ProSuite is required. Organise and support meetings, prepare agendas, reports, and minutes. Provide general administration, including reprographics, expenses, and supplies. Assist with student discipline cases, parental complaints, and related documentation. Maintain and update College information systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Act as a first point of contact for students, parents, and external enquiries. Organise student trips, including financial arrangements and bookings. Undertake Fire Marshal and First Aider training. ADZN1_UKTJ
