Job Description
As a Buyer, you will take full ownership of the BWS and Food to Go categories, managing supplier relationships, sourcing innovative products, and delivering commercial success. Reporting to the Head of Buying, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and performance of these high-growth categories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the category strategy for BWS and Food to Go, aligning with business objectives.
* Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, ensuring quality, availability, and competitive pricing.
* Drive NPD (New Product Development) to create compelling and innovative ranges that meet customer needs.
* Monitor market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for category growth.
* Manage category P&L, ensuring profitability and ROI on investments.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers and stakeholders to optimize category performance.

Requirements
Proven experience in a retail buying role, ideally within BWS or Food to Go categories.
