We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Assistant/Associate to contribute/make a leading contribution to a NERC-funded project Sex-specific fitness landscapes in the evolution of egg-laying vs live-birth, working closely with Prof Kathryn Elmer (Glasgow) and Prof Oscar Gaggiotti (St Andrews) along with co-Is Prof Maureen Bain (Glasgow) and Prof Mike Ritchie (St Andrews) and European external partners. The successful candidate will be a lead contributor to the analysis and synthesis of this evolutionary genomic research project. They will contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals, as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow. This position is full time and funded for up to 36 months.
