We’re collaborating with a vibrant primary school in Telford that is seeking a dedicated and imaginative KS1 Class Teacher to join their dynamic team. This school is committed to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for its students. We’re looking for a teacher who shares their passion and values for teaching Key Stage 1.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of KS1 students.
* Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, creativity, and independence.
* Collaborate with fellow staff to create a well-rounded curriculum that ignites a passion for learning.
* Evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback, and establish challenging yet attainable goals.
* Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
* Actively participate in the broader school community through extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
* Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience in teaching KS1 or a thorough knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* A true enthusiasm for educating young learners, with the capability to inspire and motivate children.
* Strong skills in organization, communication, and interpersonal relations.
* Dedication to continuous professional growth and teamwork.
* A caring and positive approach towards students and the wider school community
