We're seeking a Client Training Executive to support our Client Training team in coordinating and administrative tasks, enabling trainers to deliver high-quality training for clients and the business.
As a Client Training Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the Client Training team in various administrative tasks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training for clients and the business. You'll be the primary point of contact for client training, handling requests, bookings, invoicing, and managing trainers' calendars.
This is a permanent, part-time job share role (21 hours) with working days on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. You'll work closely with the Client Training team to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs, and collaborate with other business areas to promote client training materials and ensure they're up-to-date and on-brand.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Client Training team in administrative areas, including diary management, travel and hotel booking, and provision of required resources
* Being the primary point of contact for external and internal customers regarding training requests and related queries
* Producing reports and management information required by the Head of Events and Training and the Client Training Manager
* Supporting the CVent system and ensuring CPD requirements for training are met for both trainers and clients
* Helping develop the online learning program with the Sales Training Executive through administrative and marketing support
* Using Pagetiger and other online tools to ensure a professional, accurate, and continually developed digital presence for clients
* Working with related business areas to ensure Client Training materials are kept up-to-date, on-brand, and promoted within the business and the wider market
* Ensuring all requirements for BDIA and other accreditations within the team are met through maintaining accurate records and providing regular audits of CPD provision and other associated measures
* Ensuring internal controls and procedures in the team operate effectively and are implemented and adhered to
* Attending Field Team meetings and occasional national events
* Supporting marketing initiatives and copy for training promotion
* Contributing to sustainability efforts by reducing the company's carbon footprint and waste
