South West Wildlife Fundraising Ltd (SWWFL), working on behalf of Dorset Wildlife Trust (DWT), is seeking experienced salespeople with a love of the great outdoors to contribute to the amazing growth in sales SWWFL has achieved over the last 5 years.
Salary: Guaranteed £12ph, £15ph during probation.
Uncapped commission, average earnings of between £12.50 - £20+ per hour.

Responsibilities
1. Engage with members of the public at various booked events and venues across Dorset to promote the inspirational work of DWT.
2. Gain support by signing members of the public up as members of DWT.
3. Meet our daily commitment to the Trust, helping them grow and support wildlife more effectively.
Requirements
1. Experienced in direct sales, fundraising, F2F and/or promotions preferred.
2. Must have access to a car and a full driving licence.
3. Looking for a permanent role, creating a flexible working pattern, ideally 2-4 days per week, including Saturday and/or Sunday.
4. Confident, self-motivated, well-rounded person able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
5. Must be 18+ with no upper age limit for applicants (this type of work especially suits semi-retired or retired people).
6. People-focused, with an enthusiastic, engaging personality.
7. Ideally, a love of nature; wanting to make a real difference to protect it now and for the future.
Rewards
1. Permanent, employed roles with fantastic uncapped earnings potential (currently £20-£30+ per hour for top performers).
2. £15 per hour guaranteed during the probationary training period with commission & bonuses paid from day 1.
