Location: Stratstone BMW Leeds
Salary: £23,873 with £4,200 bonus, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales service.

At Stratstone, our Digital Sales Advisors are the first point of contact for digital sales enquiries, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
You’ll manage new and used car digital sales enquiries across all channels for the BMW & MINI Division. You’ll conduct inbound and outbound communication converting enquiries into appointments, test drives, and opportunities for sales, whilst building strong relationships with our customers ensuring that their satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.

Do you have what it takes to be a Stratstone Associate? We’re looking for someone who is:
* Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry.
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships, and establish strong rapport with our customers.
* Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience is desirable.
* Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
* Passionate about our industry, the people who work in it, and the people we serve.
