Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the management team and site staff.

Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Managing and maintaining records, documents, and filing systems.

Assisting with procurement, purchase orders, and invoice processing.

Coordinating site paperwork, including permits and compliance documentation.

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

General office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience preferred).

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
