Page Personnel are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader on behalf of a well-established retail business based in Salford.
Working in a shared service centre environment, you will be responsible for managing a medium-sized team and liaising with multiple sites across the UK to ensure the smooth running of accounts receivable processes.

Description
Accounts Receivable Team Leader duties include:
1. Ensuring the accuracy of the billing & credit control functions across multiple international entities.
2. Support month-end AR activities such as month-end reporting & BS reconciliations.
3. Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.
4. Setting and monitoring KPI's.
5. Performance analysis.
6. Ensuring all processes are up to standard and improving AR processes where applicable.
7. Manage staff across the AR function including 121's, KPI's and target setting.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
1. Have a proven track record in a similar role (international business, SSC environment).
2. Be able to demonstrate effective team management.
3. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
4. Have a high level of attention to detail.
5. Be proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
6. Previous working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
