We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager for Kent, you will work in either East, South or West Kent, depending on your location). Are you a Registered Nurse with some experience of working out in the community along with experience of working clinically with complex care clients (such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators)? You will be managing a caseload complex care clients in the Kent area, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, and ultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered. Requirements You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years post-registration experience. Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators. Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis. You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence. Our client will offer you a salary of £45,000, increasing to £47,250 on completion of the 6-month probation period, plus a company car. 37.5 hours per week Mon to Fri 9am 5pm, although some flexibility may be required due to the nature of healthcare. 25 days AL plus the bank holiday and a day off on your birthday.
