Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing contractual and financial aspects of a large infrastructure project
2. Administering NEC4 contracts, including early warning and risk management processes
3. Providing geotechnical input and managing data related to ground investigations
4. Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for the project
5. Conducting site visits in Coventry as necessary to oversee project progress
6. Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met
7. Implementing and maintaining effective cost control measures
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in quantity surveying and contract administration
2. Understanding of NEC contracts, particularly NEC4
3. Geotechnical expertise and experience in ground investigation projects
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
7. Flexibility to work from home with occasional visits to Coventry
