The Student Mental Health Worker role will consist of providing consistent support and encouragement to children on a 1-1 basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping these children achieve their potential, coaching them through self-regulation techniques, healthy coping mechanisms, and identifying triggers in advance.
