Reception Teaching Assistant Role
A good school in the borough of Hillingdon, Ruislip are looking for a Teaching Asisstant for their Reception class, to join them from the October Half-term.
Responsibilities:
A teaching assistant in a reception class provides a quality level of support to children
teaching assistant may be responsible for include getting the classroom ready for lessons, listening to children read, reading to them or telling them stories, helping children who need extra support to complete tasks, and helping teachers to plan learning activities and complete records
May be asked to work in a group 1:1 or carry out interventions for a group of children
The candidate must be available Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, for the full academic year.
The candidate must be happy to obtain and mandatory training provided by either the agency or the school directly- this may be carried out on teacher training days or over the half-terms.
Must have a valid Child DBS
Experience in education is appreciated and may support you getting the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
