What’s involved?
1. Dealing with and processing all enquiries for any conference and or functions
2. Recording and processing all bookings, cancellations and amendments promptly
3. Taking bookings for accommodation
4. Conducting show-rounds to all potential clients
5. Producing and presenting the weekly M&E forecast
6. At least 2 years’ experience is required within Meeting & Events coordination with the knowledge of the Opera system
