DME Ward 21 is looking for a clinical nursing support worker to join our friendly team and assist the Registered Nurses and other members of the multidisciplinary team in implementing the patients' care plan.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides personal care to patients e.g. bathing, toileting, feeding, and care of the dying.
2. Works in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
3. Demonstrates own duties to new starters and others as appropriate.
4. Observes patients and reports any changes to a Registered Nurse.
5. Performs basic observation processes using automated devices for temperature, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturations, and respiratory rate.
6. Takes basic patient measurements e.g. height and weight.
