Area Service Manager
Location: Field-based - Gloucester Area (requires regional travel)
Jungheinrich are seeking an experienced Area Service Manager to lead a team of Service Engineers in achieving top-tier customer service and After Sales targets. You'll drive operational excellence by ensuring high productivity, financial performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction through robust management practices and team support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and motivate Service Engineers to meet financial, operational, and customer service KPIs.
* Ensure seamless communication and coordination with service support functions to maintain optimal service infrastructure.
* Report on financial and operational targets and actively identify areas for service and process improvement.
* Conduct customer review meetings, addressing issues proactively to enhance satisfaction and resolve complaints.
* Uphold health, safety, and operational standards while supporting the professional development of team members.
* Contribute to After Sales growth by spotting business opportunities within existing client relationships.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience: Proven management experience in customer service with exposure to engineering and SAP operating systems.
* Skills: Strong people management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Competent in Microsoft Office.
* Qualifications: Solid foundation in English and Maths.
* Mobility: Full driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
