Reed Accountancy are currently assisting a growing organisation in the Crawley area in the recruitment of an Accounts Administrator to provide essential support to their overseas sales teams and the UK-based Operations team on a 3-month temporary basis. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring high levels of organisational efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Resolve queries from colleagues and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance when processing invoices.
* Document timesheets and expenses.
* Raise sales invoices to clients.
* Interact with managers and directors to carry out their ad-hoc requests.
* Deliver high levels of customer service to clients and contractors.
* Maintain in-house database systems and enter data into Sage accounts.
* Maintain team spreadsheets and draft/format relevant documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently without supervision.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Strong prioritisation skills.
* Effective communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel - basic to intermediary level).
