Customer Service Advisor
Our client operates within the Healthcare / Medical services industry and is currently seeking an experienced, motivated full-time Operations Support/Customer Service Representative. The work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Most of all, we are passionate about delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Customer telephone service inquires – inbound and outbound
2. Proactive Customer account support – outbound
3. Patient support – outbound calls to patients using the company’s product.
4. Providing internal support to the company’s Field Sales Team
5. Proactive project work to improve service offering
6. Data entry across multiple systems
7. Accuracy, attention to detail and strong communication skills
8. Understanding and adhering to Quality System requirements
The main focus for this position will be CUSTOMER CARE activities:
9. Provide superior customer service by troubleshooting customer/patient inquiries issues relating to product, services, and patient enrolment; strive for one-call resolution
10. Respond to inquiries, complete order fulfillment and provide information to external and internal customers and clients
11. Support field sales team with account touchpoints and follow ups
12. Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients and iRhythm associates
13. Adhere to corporate policy and compliance standards in handling patient data
14. Utilize Salesforce tool to track patient and account interactions
About you – Skills needed:
15. Experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
16. Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage
17. Excellent Telephone skills
18. Excellent customer service skills
19. Good data entry skills
20. A flexible approach in your work

Package :
Basic salary: £29,000 – £31,000
