Life assurance with the option to increase cover Were open to flexible working options just ask What youll do day to day Provide guidance to customers on the availability of parts, ensuring timely and accurate information Receive, log, and accurately allocate parts and consumables from suppliers Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers Offer knowledgeable recommendations on suitable parts to meet customer requirements Maintain accurate customer records on our systems Effectively communicate relevant promotions, offers, and product information to customers Ensure full familiarity with all procedures and processes within the parts department Build and maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers Helpful skills and qualifications Dont worry about ticking off every single skill here - if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.
