You will provide assurance and work with stakeholders across T&S to capture capability and capacity requirements. In doing so, your team will undertake activities such as setting and improving the end-to-end CLCM process, measuring and reporting on process performance and supporting operational teams across nine Lines of Business, by providing guidance, training and knowledge management. You will also be the central escalation point and conduit with Compliance looking to bridge LOD 1 and LOD 2 teams together at the same time as leading remediation of known issues and identified improvements. You will own the CLCM process across T&S, staying abreast of the latest industry developments, with focus on technology, process, and regulatory changes, to ensure that CLCM programs and projects are delivering the objectives of the business, while utilizing the best solutions available and acting with Shell T&S ethos at the center of your thinking. Drawing on expertise within your team, you will work with stakeholders across our Lines of Business (LOBs), Compliance and other global functions to understand their requirements and help them achieve excellent performance by ensuring they have the processes, information and capability to work effectively. More specifically, your role will include: Lead and manage the global CP Excellence team in CP and PDS Team Lead and manage the upkeep of a robust performance management and control framework for E2E CLCM activities Manage the CLCM change portfolio (portfolio vision, planning, governance, QA, monitoring of activity and benefits tracking) Develop clear and consistent objectives and targets for CLCM performance by engaging with senior business leaders across the Lines of Business, Compliance, and other global functions Deploy resources within your team to effectively support LOBs and other stakeholders in achieving those goals (capacity planning and capability development) Provide direction, develop recommendations, and manage your teams’ performance in the areas of continuous improvement, process, performance, and capability management Drive stakeholder consensus and managing what can sometimes be diverging options across these various stakeholder groups at a very senior level Act as the conduit and business partner to Compliance especially when looking to solve cross Lines of Defense issues or remediation activity based on audit actions. Assess market and industry developments in relation to Counterparty Lifecycle management practices, integrating ideas or preparing briefings to the business as appropriate To succeed, the position requires: Strategic thinker with 6 - 10 years of experience in managing global teams Demonstrated experience with leading a business transformation Strong understanding of the Financial Crime / KYC regulatory landscape Good knowledge of CLCM systems and technology Considerable experience working in role focused on structured problem solving and providing a service to the business, e.g. (internal) consultancy or operational excellence Portfolio management experience, including the ability to manage programs of work and produce meaningful management information and updates Proven change management skills in a complex stakeholder environment against a regulatory backdrop Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively within a global leadership team Excellent oral and written presentation skills including being skilled in using PowerPoint and Excel to present and structure information.
