A leading consultancy is looking for an E-commerce analyst with experience in D2C and the retail industry. The role will focus on optimising e-commerce experiences, especially for the furniture sector, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
As an E-commerce analyst, you will be responsible for finding ways to improve and optimise their clients e-commerce, providing tactical ideas to drive growth and sales. You will leverage a mix of analytics skills, digital marketing knowledge, and strategic thinking to improve the client's e-commerce operations and enhance their overall customer experience.
Role and responsibilities-
* Work to enhance the user experience for online furniture shoppers, identifying opportunities to improve site performance, navigation, and conversion rates.
* Use e-commerce data and analytics to generate insights, track key metrics, and make recommendations that improve overall site performance.
* Partner with teams to adjust pricing strategies and product positioning to maximise revenue and sales growth.
* Develop and implement tactical ideas for driving growth across both online and in-store retail channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Provide clients with clear, actionable reports and presentations that outline your findings and recommendations for growth.
Skills and experience-
* Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst, preferably within D2C, with a focus on website optimisation and e-commerce growth.
* Previous experience working within the furniture industry (either retail or e-commerce) is desirable but not necessary.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and digital marketing strategies.
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and other related e-commerce platforms and tools.
