IT Support Manager: Fintech | Warwickshire (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + benefits package, which includes share options, pension, life cover,

Our client provides financial planning and investment management firms with cutting-edge client portal technology that improves efficiency, ensures compliance, and lift client engagement.
They are looking for a Support Manager to lead and motivate the Support & Technical Support teams, ensuring efficient service delivery, continuous team development, and high-quality client support.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the teams, ensuring efficient workload distribution and adherence to KPIs/SLAs.
* Monitor ticket queues, assess service quality, and address performance gaps.
* Coordinate team tasks, prioritise service-related issues, and manage incident resolution, including major incidents and client communication.
* Identify trends in support queries and work with development teams to prioritise improvements.
* Oversee team training, promoting continuous growth in skills and knowledge.
* Motivate and inspire the team to maintain a “clients come first” mindset.
* Provide monthly reports on team performance and client usage statistics.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven leadership experience in a support desk environment.
* Experience with Jira
* Strong time management and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Excellent people management and customer service skills.
* Adaptable to process changes while focusing on team development.
