Electrician
Location: Cumbria
Salary: £36k - £42k plus 27 days holiday, overtime, on call allowance, and great benefits
Are you a qualified Electrician who is sick of working all the hours God sends? Maybe you are working all over the UK or from contract to contract, spending a lot of your time away from your family and looking for an opportunity where work-life balance is huge.
If so, this Electrician job is going to be perfect for you…
We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to look after 20 small NHS sites across Cumbria. This is a real opportunity to forge a long-term career in an organisation where work-life balance is huge, meaning you'll actually get to see the house and family you're working hard to pay for.
There is also lots of opportunity for training and career development if that's what you're looking for too.
You will be using your experiences around our various small hospitals, GP surgeries, pharmacies, and health centres. As a qualified Electrician, the work isn't anything you won't have come across before; installing, maintaining, and repairing electric fixtures and fittings, and occasionally helping others in the team with basic mechanical and building fabric works.
Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm
As this is working in an NHS environment, we will need you to have a formal qualification like a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance to be considered.
Package:
1. £36k - £42k basic salary
2. Company van and fuel card
3. On-call allowance (1 week in 10) and overtime
4. 27 days holiday plus bank holidays
5. Great pension plan
6. Blue light emergency services discount card
7. Excellent training and development opportunities
