Tax Manager
Location: Brierley Hill
Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for a Tax Manager on behalf of a well-established, medium-sized professional accountancy firm based in Brierley Hill. As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the preparation and submission of tax returns while offering expert tax advice to both individuals and businesses. This role is ideal for someone looking to make an impact in tax management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the preparation and submission of tax returns for a range of clients.
* Providing expert tax advice and planning strategies for both individuals and businesses.
* Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and legislation.
* Liaising with HMRC and other relevant bodies on behalf of clients.
* Handling complex tax issues and queries, offering tailored solutions.
* Overseeing junior staff and providing mentorship and guidance.
* Collaborating with other departments to deliver holistic financial services.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a professional accountancy practice, specifically in tax management.
* In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and strategies.
* Strong client relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
