We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based in Northamptonshire area.
This role is a hybrid role looking after 21 sites in Kettering, Northampton, Corby. However, the colleague will need to be able to go to site at any given moment as this role can be quite reactive.
This is a hybrid flexible role, working from sites, home and office hubs.
This is a full time, permanent position.
The salary on offer would be £30,000 per annum with a £3000 car allowance.
The working hours will be 08:30am 16:30pm, Monday to Friday, however this will also include flexible working.
A driving licence is required.
About the role:
Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties. Planning and co-ordination of activities in a portfolio of properties including managing tenant liaison, chair meetings, briefings, or training sessions. Reviewing actions and ensure timely updates are provided to customers on any issues. Respond appropriately to issues as they arise, ensuring work is delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
What you will bring to the role:
Knowledge of FM building compliance, Healthcare cleanliness standards
Knowledge of achieving service delivery KPIs and associated targets
Broad FM and Property experience
Experience of Health and Safety Management and associated safe systems of work
IOSH Managing Safely or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management or equivalent proven experience.
