Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead and manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring an exceptional start-to-finish experience for our Roaders. This includes overseeing recruitment channels, candidate testing, and driving a smooth and successful onboarding.
* Learning & Development: Champion L&D initiatives, from curating learning pathways to rolling out an L&D platform and supporting career growth.
* HR Systems & Supplier Management: Oversee our HR systems, manage and collaborate with suppliers
* Policies & Compliance: Develop and manage people-centric policies and handbooks covering, for example travel, work-from-anywhere, health & safety, keeping legal compliance front and centre.
* Roader Engagement & Communication: Be the go-to HR contact for Roaders and managers, handle all HR-related company communications, manage surveys and NPS feedback to assess engagement, and use insights to continuously enhance the Roader experience.
* Performance & Rewards: Drive the performance management framework, including OKRs, the bonus scheme, and benchmarks for pay and benefits.
* HR Process Management: Own and streamline our HR processes to ensure they’re both effective and user-friendly. From leave tracking and policy compliance to Roader contracts and beyond, you’ll make sure every detail is covered, driving smooth and efficient operations.
* Strategic Projects: Lead a variety of people-focused projects, such as Recognition Programs, Roader Wellness initiatives, our 'Book of Me' development, Competency Framework, and more.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who brings positivity, purpose, and people skills to the table, with the ability to thrive in a remote, self-driven role. Key experience and qualities for success in this role include:
* Experience: 3+ years in HR management, preferably within global or remote settings.
* Skills: Proven recruitment, onboarding, L&D, policy development, and employee engagement expertise.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are a plus.
