Sales & Service Office Administrator An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales & Service Administrator based in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will earn between 23k - 30k per annum depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, who is professional and friendly. Role Requirements Experience would be beneficial. Must possess excellent communication skills. Must have a good level of literacy/numeracy. Must be professional. Be a team player, but able to work on own initiative. Possess a can-do attitude. Be PC literate. Role Responsibilities Handling incoming calls and transferring to the right person/department. Inputting and raising invoices. Processing and dispatching Parts Orders. Quoting Products and arranging Service work. Updating Stock and other Databases. Dealing with any other office duties as requested and providing flexibility to meet varying demands. Supporting the senior management team as required, including the preparing of quotations, taking notes, and creating presentations.
