Vivienne Westwood Ltd is seeking a Visual and Graphic Designer to support the marketing team with a focus on the APAC market and the Café operations. The role involves working across Graphics, Retail and Digital Marketing departments, reporting to the Senior Visual and Web Content Lead, as well as the Senior Creative and Marketing Team.

Main responsibilities
* Collaborate with the global marketing and creative teams to ensure a consistent visual identity across customer touchpoints and optimize the briefing and approval processes for graphic and visual requests.
* Ensure offline and online communications align with seasonal themes and brand guidelines.
* Receive project briefs, discuss recommended approaches, and set achievable deadlines.
* Progress projects through to final designs and deliver in the required format.
* Develop brand and visual guidelines for Café operations and the APAC market and ensure consistent implementation of these guidelines.
* Create graphics for retail marketing materials, including in-store POS signage, posters, hoardings, packaging (e.g. Vivienne Westwood Cafés) and other promotional collaterals.
* Develop graphics for print and OOH advertising campaigns as well as small or large-scale physical installations.
* Support the development of design concepts for web, email, social media, and digital advertising.
* Assist in conceptualizing website designs to enhance simplicity and user-friendliness.
* Contribute to maintaining and elevating the website’s visual identity and design standards. Help design and build email marketing templates if and when needed.
* Stay informed about emerging digital trends to support website and digital marketing efforts.
* Provide assistance with artwork-related tasks, such as resizing and screen adaptations, when required.
Candidate Profile
Skills & Tools:
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat).
* Basic knowledge of video editing, motion design, and animation.
* Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
* Knowledge of UX and UI principles.
* Experience with CMS platforms and content uploading.
* Familiarity with email marketing software is a plus.
* Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.
Experience:
* 2/3 years of experience.
* Previous experience within a luxury fashion brand is highly preferred.
* Understanding of best practices for printing, 2D image editing, and video editing (including retouching).
