Job Description
A great opportunity to work for a leading agency on largescale international events!
THE COMPANY
This well-established agency delivers a huge volume of events for their established client base. They have seamlessly transitioned over to virtual events and have an international presence. With a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, they pride themselves on building strong client relationships and producing flawless and engaging events. With particular strengths in logistics, they deliver events including investigator meetings and training events in a virtual capacity across Europe, Asia, and the USA. Their clients return to them again and again for their expert knowledge and execution!
Offering an excellent working environment, including a strong team ethos, competitive salaries, and fantastic career opportunities, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
THE ROLE
There is now an exciting opportunity for either a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to come on board and join their close-knit and dedicated team. Supporting a range of events, as well as managing your own, the role will include:
1. Assisting in the delivery of international events
2. Setting up online registration systems
3. Setting up virtual meeting environments
4. Supporting with information for proposals including venue sourcing
5. Delegate management including dealing with all enquiries
6. Delegate registration (on site)
7. Managing travel and accommodation booking
8. Supplier liaison and negotiation
9. Taking ownership of running your own smaller events
10. Budget management including cost tracking
11. Onsite management
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have experience of working on a broad range of events, ideally with exposure to international projects. Logistics management and delegate registration experience is key, and ideally, this should have been gained from working either for an agency, med coms company, or client side (for a pharmaceutical client) as exposure to running events in the healthcare sector is essential. If you have managed your own smaller events end to end, this would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be open to frequent international travel as you will be required to go onsite to manage the events.
In return, you will be joining an exciting and dynamic company, with the chance to develop and grow your career in a supportive environment.
