An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Coordinator to join the team at Challenge TRG Group. This role involves:
1. Managing daily active headcount to meet requirements
2. Resolving worker queries related to payroll, attendance, or onsite issues
3. Processing candidate applications from advertisement to management
4. Providing training and induction to new employees
5. Ensuring accurate and timely submission of weekly payroll
6. Managing, coaching, and developing the onsite team
Requirements for the On-Site Coordinator include:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills (Essential)
* Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word (Essential)
* Full driving license or ability to commute to SR2 9TE without relying on public transportation (Essential)
* Flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, and weekends (Essential)
* Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor (Desirable)
* Experience in a food production environment (Desirable)
