As a Spa Receptionist, you will provide a professional, prompt and friendly service to all guests as they arrive at the Aqua Sana Reception, in line with Company and Industry standards. You will ensure the smooth running of the reception area on a day-to-day basis, taking care of all guest bookings and queries, ensuring treatment and retail sales are maximised and we deliver the highest standard of guest care and profitability. Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied by enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.

Desirable Requirements:
* Previous experience of working as a receptionist within a customer service environment
* Beauty / Spa knowledge
You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shift pattern will be 4 days out of 7, ranging from 8am-9.30pm and working alternate weekends. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
