We are looking for a skilled transactional lawyer looking for a dynamic in-house role at a top international bank. There is exposure to cutting-edge financial products and exceptional training and development opportunities, for lawyers from all transactional backgrounds.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a Transactional Lawyer to join the legal team of a leading global bank. In this role, you will work across a wide range of transactions, including Master Services Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements, Framework Agreements, Heads of Terms, Settlement Letters, NDAs, Exit Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and Intragroup Agreements.


This role offers a unique opportunity to work with financial products that are not commonly seen in private practice, providing an outstanding platform for professional growth.


Experience:

* Ideally 8-12 years PQE, a little bit of flex for the right candidate.
* Strong experience in transactional law, with backgrounds from different practice areas welcomed.
* Ideally, some experience with funds or an interest in expanding into this area.
* A proactive, commercially minded approach to legal problem-solving.
* Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and high-performing team.
