Onsite Account Coordinator at JMC Aviation
An exciting opportunity has arisen within JMC Aviation, the world's leading Aviation Engineering, Training & Recruitment business. We are looking to recruit an Onsite Account Coordinator, based in Biggin Hill, to provide support for Contractors and Global Engineering Workers (GEW) as well as acting as the main point of contact for JMC Aviation in relation to recruitment for the site.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct JMC contractor/GEW inductions
2. Organise contractor security and identification passes
3. Manage the attendance of all JMC contractor/GEW personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator
4. Monitor GEW Annual leave requests, sickness and unauthorised absences
5. Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
6. Responsible for distribution of JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn
7. Help with contractor/GEW queries that are raised
8. Ensure company compliance is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team
9. Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements
10. Liaise with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility
11. Maintain appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling
12. Process Timesheets (Site specific) and assist with MTR
13. Keep GEW Weekly Registers/Staff Lists
14. Conduct monthly checks of JMC GEW Tool Boxes and ensure they are kept up to date
15. Monitor the GEW's uploading of Tasks on a daily/weekly basis
16. Conduct JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW's and upload these to ELMS
17. Arrange Accommodation for GEW's
18. Meet GEW's when they arrive in Country and take them to accommodation
19. Assist GEW's in obtaining BRP from designated Post Office
20. Assist the Recruitment Team in recruitment during downtime
21. Learn and adhere to JMC UKVI processes/GEW Manager Handbook
22. Perform Right to Work Checks
23. Conduct GEW Exit Interviews
24. Other duties as directed by Line Manager

1. Strong organisational skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to work to tight deadlines
4. Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
5. Attention to detail is essential
6. Professional telephone manner
7. Flexibility within the role
8. Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
9. Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
10. Experience working in an aviation environment (Desirable but not essential)
