As part of their continued growth, they are now looking for an Intermediate Building Surveyor / Project Manager to play a vital role within their team. You will work closely with experienced consultants, gaining valuable experience in project management and surveying while developing your career towards chartership.
Specialising in the Education and Commercial sectors, this forward-thinking firm delivers a wide range of projects, including new build schemes, fire door renewals, cladding replacements, ventilation systems, and fire alarm upgrades.

The Role:
Preparing design specifications and feasibility studies for various projects
Assisting with contract administration and project management duties
Conducting condition surveys and asset management planning
Communicating effectively with clients and supporting senior team members
Assisting with business development, bid writing, and tender submissions
Supporting the successful delivery of projects alongside senior consultants The Person:
A degree in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited preferred)
Experience in a surveying consultancy environment (experienced level)
Some exposure to project management within construction or property (experienced level)
Working towards chartership (RICS, CIOB, or MAPM) preferred
