Job Title: Commercial Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at {company} in Portsmouth BroadOak. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute campaign strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
* Work closely with the Products Head of Commercial to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
* Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on commercial performance and progress against targets.
Requirements:
* Circa £60,000 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving commercial performance.
* Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
