A supply chain company for British Businesses with £500mil+ turnover are looking for a 14 months fixed term contract Accounting Assistant to join their ever-growing team in Chippenham.
Your new role
As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
1. Account reconciliation and reporting to Supplier Finance, Receivables Purchase Facility and PL Bank Accounts and advice.
2. Preparation of documentation for internal Audit.
3. Provide cover for Cashiers including manual payments and cashflow.
4. Upload payroll Chaps files.
5. Reconciliation of suspense accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Working towards or achieved an AAT qualification.
2. An analytical mindset.
3. Trainee accountant.
4. Basic Excel skills, working use of formulas.
5. Purchase Ledger experience but not required.
6. Oracle knowledge but not required.
