We are currently looking for 4 immediately available Customer Service Advisors to support our client in the Sherburn area for 3 weeks in March, with a Customer Experience project.
You will be supporting with an annual programme to gain feedback from customers who have done business with our client within the last 12 months.
The questionnaire has been designed to cover the key stages of the customer life cycle for the different customer types.
Some of the key responsibilities will be:
* Calling their customers to go through a customer experience questionnaire to capture feedback from both transactional and non-transactional customer types.
* Using a dialler, asking questions, and typing up answers as you speak with them.
* Updating contact details, including email and telephone numbers.
* Sending some questionnaires via email where necessary if you are unable to speak over the telephone.
This will be for 3 weeks in March, working Monday to Friday from 1pm to 6pm, earning a salary of £12.89 per hour. You must be able to commit to the full 3 weeks of work.
