Key Responsibilities
* Develop In-Depth Understanding: Acquire a strong working knowledge of the learning offer.
* Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for prospective learners interested in our programmes.
* Engagement and Conversion: Utilise customer service and sales skills to engage with potential learners and convert their interest into enrolment and attendance.
* Oversee Employability Support: Ensure a seamless employability support process for learners.
* Collaborate with Partners: Work with referral partners to attract eligible learners.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of learning enrolments and associated processes.
* Event Representation: Represent the company at events and promote opportunities to potential learners.
* Networking: Participate in client meetings, community events, and networking opportunities to build relationships.
* Feedback Provision: Provide feedback to referral partners regarding learner engagement and performance.
* Ongoing Engagement: Facilitate learners' transition to the Learning team and maintain ongoing engagement.
* Marketing Support: Assist in producing, maintaining, and distributing marketing materials, and managing social media and website content for recruitment.
* Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as needed to support projects.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
* Up to 3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and with diverse groups.
* Capability to engage and build relationships with learners.
* Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry-related guidance.
* Adaptability to changing and challenging situations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent IT skills.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Effective at prioritising workloads, multitasking, and managing confidential information.
* Excellent communication skills, including listening and information assimilation.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
* GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C).
Desirable:
* Degree in business, marketing, or sales.
* Proven track record in sales, networking, and client development.
* Experience in lead generation and identifying new business opportunities.
* Proficiency in using social media for engagement.
* Consistent achievement and exceeding of targets and KPIs.
* Experience in securing both B2C and B2B clients.

* £22,500.00 - £26,500.00 per year
Schedule
* Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends/evenings as needed (prior negotiation required)
* 37.5 hours per week
