Annual salary: up to £41,683.32 Supervisor ( Damp & Mould) Salary: £41,683.32 Location: Rotherham – Newyork Way Hours: 42.5 8-5 Monday to Friday About the role: as a Supervisor for our Mould Eradication contract, You will oversee the General Operatives, RLOs, and Planner, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with KPIs. Your role will involve supporting our Housing operations by ensuring compliance with company procedures, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cost control. Principal Accountabilities: Supervision and Coordination: Oversee General Operatives, RLOs, and Planner to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in line with KPIs. Operational Support: Support Housing operations by ensuring compliance with company procedures and delivering excellent customer service. Resource Management: Ensure maximum productivity and profitability through effective resource utilization and planning. Work Monitoring: Supervise and monitor work delivery, progression, and completion via ongoing site visits to ensure quality standards and budget adherence. Reporting: Compile management reports on operational activities, initiatives, and performance. Compliance: Ensure adherence to H&S regulations, Mears standard operating procedures, and quality assurance accreditations. Customer Experience: Maintain a professional manner in all communications with stakeholders, ensuring the customer experience is central to all activities. Employee Development: Manage employee performance, coach and develop individuals, and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. Asset Management: Monitor and maintain company assets, including vans, tools, and PPE, ensuring they are in good condition. Policy Adherence: Follow and support company policies, procedures, and initiatives, reporting any damages to the Manager. Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties as required, provide backup to other supervisors, and attend company and client meetings and training sessions.
