Please view the dedicated microsite for this campaign https://web/south-east-consortium/welcome Your new role As Senior Procurement Manager - Projects you will be responsible for developing and leading the procurement project team to deliver call-off projects from frameworks and dynamic models. Engaging with customers and suppliers to build and maintain relationships, providing guidance on the delivery of associated contracts, putting the customer at the heart of the process. Establishing and maintaining excellent collaborative relationships with senior-level colleagues and stakeholders to ensure strategic, organisational and functional requirements are understood and incorporated into SEC procurement projects. Leading the procurement project team to convert leads into opportunities and deliver procurement projects in a relationship-centric manner, working with internal teams/stakeholders to understand customer needs and improve the service that is delivered. Designing and presenting creative solutions to meet customer needs within the regulatory parameters. Maintain and review call-off procedures, processes and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency and ensure the procurement project team operates to the agreed methods. Developing, motivating and creating a learning environment to support the procurement project team to meet their development What you'll need to succeed Experience of delivering customer-centric services, driving high levels of service and ensuring compliance. Full knowledge and experience in public sector procurement - especially using frameworks and dynamic models through a call-off process Understanding the Procurement Act 2023. Experience of demonstrating leadership and managing a team. Being able to engage and communicate with colleagues and customers at different levels. MCIPS qualification would be desirable, as well as an understanding of the housing sector and knowledge of asset management projects.
