The Finance Manager (Commercial Property & Service Charge) role involves:
This role is varied and while predominantly commercial accounts based, will involve working closely with the Property Manager, Facilities Manager, Accounts Department and MD. We are looking for a pro-active, well organised, self-starter with attention to detail to join with our friendly, family run property company based in Weybridge. The role has come about due to retirement and as such full training will be given by the outgoing member of staff.
1. Commercial property finance management using Qube property system.
2. Full responsibility for keeping Qube up to date, loading all new leases and regular liaison with Portfolio Manager and Facilities Management.
3. Preparing completion statements for new leases.
4. Raising tenant charges monthly for rent, service charges and utility charges and also annual insurance charges.
5. Posting tenant receipts on a daily basis.
