Our client is currently recruiting 2 part-time Customer Service Advisers.
As a Customer Adviser, you are the first point of contact for their customers, providing a first-class customer-focused service when dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries, emails, live chat and face to face. The Customer Services Team also plays a critical part in providing efficient support to their Housing Management and Property Services Teams.
Hours are flexible and will be agreed with successful candidates. Possible options are:
14 hours per week, working 7 hours per day, two days per week
21 27 hours per week, working either mornings, afternoons or full days
Salary £26,753.70 per annum full time equivalent (35 hpw) which equates to:
£10,701.48 per annum for 14 hours per week; and
£16,052.22 - £20,638.57 for 21-27 hours per week
