My client is seeking a remote senior recruitment consultant-level candidate to join their team of 14. As an executive search consultant, you will be working on retained work. This element can be trained if you haven't sold retainers previously.
The Executive Search Consultant role:
* Hiring mid to senior-level sales professionals on £120k salary level
* Chance to progress and work on retained work at the 50 to 200k fee level for the executive search work in the business
* This is a 360-recruitment role, and you will work on retained work
* There will be existing business and new business to go after

* Earn 25% commission. 80% split if you deliver to and manage the recruitment process for that role. 20% is given to the person who originates the role with BD

The Ideal Candidate:
* Ideally,you will have more than 4 years of recruitment experience in a 360-degree role, managing entire processes with clients in the tech sector or professional white-collar sector.
* You can come from a retained search or a Contingent background, but you must have at least 4 years of experience working on mid to senior or executive-level roles in a 360 capacity
* You will have a permanent recruitment background
* You will be good at working on your own initiative and motivating yourself.
* You will enjoy working remotely but also having a strong teamwork focus.
* You will be required in London for meetings once a month, and candidate and client meetings as needed in person.
