Siamo Recruitment are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to be based in the Denbighshire area on apermanent, full-time basis.
The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a recognised Level 3 or Level 4 qualification as awarded by the CII/PFS. Study support will be provided if required. There is requirement for ongoing professional development to retain an understanding of legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arranging and maintaining diary appointments.
* Using cashflow software.
* Providing exceptional client service via telephone, email and face to face when required.
* Maintaining and updating client records.
* Using various 3rd party software and websites to create, record and update client records ensuring that these are kept up to date for compliance purposes.
* Liaising effectively with product providers and accurately record the details of discussions.
* Processing new business applications for new and existing clients.
* Ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
* General Administrative duties such as filing, copying, and scanning.
* Gathering valuations and the relevant documentationto prepare review packs.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A professional manner at alltimes.
2. Strong administration experience.
3. Strong knowledge of MicrosoftOffice.
4. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
