Senior Desktop Support Engineer Location: Onsite Salary: up to £55k package I am representing a global investment management company who are looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer, to provide high quality fast paced technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure seamless IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Resolve end-user issues (hardware, software, network) via in-person, phone, or remote tools. Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10, MS Office, and other essential apps Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on VDI, desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other day to day tech. Manage software updates using SCCM; support MS Teams and email platforms. Collaborate with IT teams on escalations, vulnerabilities, and projects. Document processes and mentor junior staff. Support AV equipment for meetings and provide overnight support (on rotation). Requirements: Expereinced in desktop support with expertise in Windows 10, Active Directory, Citrix, VDI, and Exchange. Strong troubleshooting skills; knowledge of SCCM and endpoint security. Effective communicator, team player, and willing to work flexible hours. Certifications like CompTIA A preferred.
