Requirements
* Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
* Strong business development skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite executives and senior professionals.
* Ability to understand and assess client needs, and develop customized search strategies.
* Extensive experience in candidate sourcing and assessment, utilizing a variety of sourcing channels and methodologies.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple search assignments simultaneously.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
