Join us as a Digital Trade Planner and you’ll be a big part of this. The role To drive the delivery of sales generation opportunities for B&Q’s Digital channels. Support the Digital Trade Manager identifying new trading opportunities that will drive sales, customer engagement, cost efficiency, and delivering this end to end with relevant internal and external teams. Develop strong collaborative working relationships across all functions. As a Digital Trade Planner you will: Continuously identify sales, revenue and efficiency opportunities for digital channels. Manage end to end delivery of digital projects and campaigns developed by Digital Trading team. Liaise with relevant cross departmental teams to deliver, track and review. Support category sales plan and facilitate use of analytics and market / customer insight in highlighting areas of opportunity. Build strong relationships across the categories Support Digital Trading Manager in review meetings with categories. Hold teams to account to deliver plans and escalate quickly where agreed actions are not completed Support the data analysis role with, expertise and knowledge, input and guidance Use analytics and data to support recommendations Support with reporting and status updates on initiatives as required Be a point of contact in Digital for other functions What we need? Experience of working and making decisions in a fast-paced trading environment Ability to use insights and data to make Commercial decisions Well organised with strong planning skills Understanding of the Digital customer and their needs Understanding of key Commercial KPIs and how to influence them Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally Knowledge of current innovation and changes in ecommerce As part of a great team, you’ll be valued for who you are.
